Brand identity film & video + image content bank
Chez Wam Restaurant, winner of the FACT Newcomer Of The Year (source) award is where head chef & co-founder Hadrien Villedieu has brought a life’s worth of culinary experiences together to create a fine-dining experience like no other. When we first met with Hadrien he was able to help us better understand his unique vision, his back story, & the concept behind Chez Wam; from the cuisines & flavours he explores through his cooking to the music that inspires him.
With a clear idea of the Chez Wam brand & its values, we were able to define a creative direction & aesthetic in addition to a content strategy which would help to differentiate the brand whilst staying true to its roots. After this was done, we went about creating a comprehensive content bank that embodied the vibe & atmosphere of the restaurant itself, as well as the customer experience.
Ultimately, as well as a stand-alone mini documentary on who Chef Hadrien is and what he intended Chez Wam to be, we delivered a complete suite of photo and video assets designed to establish the restaurant’s visual identity and provide their marketing team with enough content to last several months.
From high quality images of the food & cocktails, to vertical reels focusing on the bar, cocktail making, the menu, the venue décor, and the chef’s techniques & personal style, we delivered a comprehensive bank of content that could be used across multiple social channels, their website, as well as for other marketing channels & Press Releases.
This is a well thought through example of the type of all-encompassing content bank we enjoy creating for premium restaurants. Through careful pre-production planning and efficient on-set execution, we were able to create content that only shows what the guests will find on their plate when they visit Chez Wam, but the atmosphere they’ll come to love & more importantly, come back for.
An Omakase Experience, with Chef Gregoire Berger
Created as the centrepiece of a limited-time collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Grégoire Berger, this campaign focused on precision, restraint, and elevated culinary storytelling.
Following a carefully curated director’s treatment, Resonate produced a cinematic hero film which was to serve as the central content pillar of the campaign, as well as multiple dish-specific vertical reels to help build a content bank for social media. We also delivered a full image gallery to help drive & sustain prolonged engagement with this campaign via Sushi Art’s social media channels.
Shot with controlled lighting, multiple camera setups, DZO cine lenses, (including a 90mm macro & 24mm Probe lens) the content captured the colours, intensity & details of chef Gregoire’s omakase experience - from process to presentation - delivering a bold visual campaign designed to raise awareness and sustain engagement. This was a perfect example of hospitality content creation done right, & a solid example of our passion for restaurant videography & photography.

Starting the day out with an interview, framing chef Gregoire front and centre, we then split into two teams, with one camera unit filming super detailed, macro shots of the different dishes on the Omakase menu, and the other team filming B roll with chef Gregoire as he intricately crafted each dish and provided his finishing touches.
Hospitality Lifestyle & Property Content
As part of our hospitality content package for NH Collection, we first aligned with the client to understand the key message, as well as the key characteristics they wanted to showcase. This meant understanding their core offering and who the campaign was aimed at; their target market. For this hospitality campaign specifically they wanted to promote the staycation package for expats living in Dubai, and cater to a young, female audience looking to enjoy a hotel escape for a weekend. The meant showcasing all the different types of amenities wrapped up in that experience, from the infinity pool to the gym, the sports bar to the roof top bar, etc. On top of this we also wanted to highlight their close proximity to the beach and the watersports on offer for their guests.
We crafted a mood board, and then a detailed shot list which outlined our storyboard. The client was able to see every single shot that we had in mind, as well as the clever transitions which would help us to seamlessly travel from one scene to the next. By getting a few extra shots on the days of the shoot we were able to create additional vertical reels in post-production focusing on specific amenities. The long format film from this video campaign was promoted on Instagram and various other social channels, as well as played on various screens around the hotel. The benefit of the long format video being that it’s long enough for hotel guests see a different part of the video and a different amenity, every time they come across it at the hotel. This is a big bonus for both the hotel and the guests. Guided by a structured pre-production plan, the shoot balanced architectural detail with fun, lifestyle moments, ensuring we showcased the hotel in the best possibly light whilst also showing our cast enjoying an amazing staycation!
Lifestyle, F&B, Architecture & Seasonal Campaigns
One & Only Royal Mirage is one of Dubai’s most iconic luxury resorts, and our long-standing collaboration with them has covered lifestyle, F&B, fashion, architectural, seasonal campaigns & events. Working with both ground and aerial filming crews, and backed by carefully curated pre-production decks, we have delivered video campaigns & image galleries for various restaurants, suites, villas, spa experiences, and landmark events. Using our fully equipped in-house suite of filming, photography & lighting gear, we have been able to offer this client the next level in quality filmmaking, visuals and storytelling. Every frame is crafted to reflect One & Only’s signature exclusivity, elegance, and unparalleled guest experience.
Beach Bar & Grill
We have created multiple campaigns for One & Only Royal Mirage’s Beach Bar & Grill, and they were all built around an exquisite Italian-inspired menu and the social rhythm of beachfront dining. Through a combination of photography and video assets tailored towards raising awareness on social media, we captured live-fire cooking, food presentation, service flow, and guest moments as they unfolded naturally. Supported by a detailed pre-production plan and shot list, the crew moved efficiently across multiple setups in order to catch different cast across multiple scenes. Filmed using our in-house cinema cameras and lighting, the final assets balance a fun dining experience with a more luxury, polished production, ultimately delivering a versatile content library designed for hospitality marketing, social media, and seasonal digital campaigns.
Spa & Moroccan Hammam Campaign
Our work for the One & Only Spa and Moroccan Hammam has been delivered across two separate campaigns. The first focused on a story-led, narrative-driven film, capturing the rituals, treatments, and sensory journey of the spa experience based on five different elements. For the second campaign, the creative brief shifted towards pure visual storytelling - relying on well-lit, high-end cinematic footage and photography to showcase the architecture, textures, and atmosphere of the spa & Moroccan hammam experience on offer at Royal Mirage, Dubai.
We used very soft lighting, as well as a smoke machine, & mylar fabric to mimic the light reflections from water on our subjects, & then slowing the footage down in post-production to make the overall experience feel as serene & calm as possible. Throughout both productions, on-set client monitors allowed for real-time collaboration and creative alignment. Supported by detailed pre-production and filmed using our in-house cinema cameras, the final assets were crafted for luxury wellness marketing, digital platforms, and brand storytelling.
2024 Campaign
A story-led, narrative driven campaign focused on advertising the luxury Spa experience & authentic Moroccan Hammam on offer at One & Only. Using in-house staff to help make the storytelling as genuine as possible, we crafted stories centred around a nature-based sensory experience, using soft-lit & slowed down visuals to help showcase the experience.
Architecture Films — Suites & Villas
These architecture-led films were created to advertise the suites and villas at One & Only Royal Mirage and One & Only The Palm. Focusing on scale, space, and design detail, the films combined carefully choreographed ground-based movement with aerial drone footage to showcase each residence within its setting, as well as the amenities on offer. Supported by detailed shot planning and director treatments, filming was executed using our in-house cinema cameras, with on-set client monitors enabling real-time review and alignment. The final videos were delivered for use across web, sales, and luxury hospitality marketing platforms.
Celebrities Restaurant (Michelin-Starred)
For Celebrities, One & Only Royal Mirage’s Michelin-starred dining destination, we delivered a retouched image gallery and video campaign which stayed true to the elegant, refined atmosphere, as well as the precision-focused culinary style of the chef. Supported by a detailed creative treatment, the shoot captured service, plating, and intimate dining moments, infusing this with an fine-dining lifestyle sequence with our model. The final assets were designed for primarily for social media, editorial use, and other digital platforms, reflecting the quiet confidence and prestige of the experience.
Eauzone Restaurant
As part of our ongoing content creation retainer with One & Only Royal Mirage, we produced a lifestyle-focused photo and video campaign for Eauzone, the resort’s beachfront Asian dining destination. Framed by its poolside setting and open-flame wok cooking, the shoot explored the full rhythm of the restaurant — from daytime cocktails and relaxed brunch moments to sunset dining by the water. Using natural reflections, fire, and ambient light, the content captured both the atmosphere of the space and the chef’s passion for Asian cuisine, delivering a versatile visual library for social media, marketing, and brand storytelling.
Jetty Lounge
For Jetty Lounge at One & Only Royal Mirage, the brief was to capture the energy, fun and vibrant rhythm of beachfront cocktails & social dining. Following a creative treatment from the client, we produced a suite of photography and video assets focused on sunset moments, cocktails, service, and guest interaction. Shot using our in-house cinema cameras and lighting, the production balanced natural energy with a polished finish, delivering a flexible content library tailored for hospitality marketing, social media, and seasonal campaigns.
Moonlight Swim Campaign
For this seasonal promotional campaign with One & Only we created a lifestyle video to launch their new ‘Moonlight Swim’ concept, offered during the summer months to guests looking to cool down by taking an evening dip. For this shoot we filmed our models in the water with the Sony FX3 in an underwater housing, whilst capturing aerial footage with the DJI Mavic 3 drone. In post-production, we created a horizontal version of this campaign edit, as well as a vertical cutdown which was to be used exclusively for socials.
We also captured a bank of photos for the client and created an image gallery which they could then use to promote this campaign and sustain engagement across various social media channels. These photos were also used for press releases, their website, and other platforms.

L'abysse Restaurant
For L’Abysse by Yannick Alléno at One & Only The Palm, the brief was to create sushi-inspired teaser content designed to build intrigue ahead of the restaurant launch In Chef Yannick Alléno we were lucky enough to film with one of the world’s most decorated Michelin star chefs. We paired him with the restaurant’s in-house Japanese chef, and filmed an afternoon with them together in the kitchen, focusing on heritage, technique, and culinary craftsmanship. The campaign centred on the ritual of sushi-making - from knife work to seafood preparation & then a sort of masterclass of the chef’s working together, prepping & testing the sushi, side by side. Shot in a deliberately dark, moody aesthetic in order to only hint at what was to come, the content was crafted to reflect the mystery and depth of the “abyss,” a core pillar underpinning the creative concept, delivering a striking visual identity and bank of digital assets that is being used for digital marketing & paid promotions across social media, their website, press releases, etc.
Stay Restaurant
For STAY by Yannick Alléno at One & Only The Palm, the brief was to create a chef-led short film that explored both the philosophy behind the restaurant and the craft of modern French cuisine. The campaign centred around an in-depth on-camera interview with Chef Yannick, as well as his sous chef, supported by cinematic kitchen sequences capturing preparation, service, and plated dishes. Shot using our in-house cinema cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, the production combined documentary-style storytelling with refined visual language. The result was a hero video and supporting cut-downs designed for digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling across various digital platforms.
Seasonal Campaigns — Ramadan Iftar, Christmas & NYE
From large-scale celebrations to curated seasonal offerings, our work with One & Only Royal Mirage spans some of the resort’s most important moments of the year. We produce both photography and video content that captures the energy of live events alongside the detail and atmosphere that define festive dining experiences. With clear pre-production, experienced crews, and in-house equipment, we’re able to move quickly without compromising quality. On set, real-time client viewing ensures alignment as moments unfold. The final assets are crafted for digital marketing, PR, and high-impact seasonal campaigns across multiple platforms.
Tourism Destination Campaign
Working with Sky News & MiddleTable (a creative agency based out of London), over the past 5 years we have had the opportunity to film a series of stunning promotional content for Visit Qatar. This has given us the chance to travel all over the country, meeting not only an exceedingly hospitable diverse cast of locals, artisans & business owners, but to get to visit some of the most stunning places & environments Qatar has to offer. From the city skyline to souks, villages, sand dunes, mangroves & beaches, we have been lucky enough to have seen (and captured) it all! Visiting idyllic desert retreats, kitesurfing in turquoise waters, checking out the F1 tracks & FIFA football stadiums, not to mention sampling all the local cuisine, we had an absolute blast creating these campaigns.
Campaign 2022
The 2022 Campaign was designed primarily to promote the Fifa World Cup, as well as the F1 & several other high profile sporting events taking place in Qatar. During pre-production, we decided to split this three-part series into three categories, with the first video focuses on the upcoming World Cup, the second focusing on local culture, history & heritage, and the third focusing on active, sport-related experiences.
As well as visiting & getting exclusive access to each of the F1 tracks & newly created FIFA stadiums, we also got the opportunity to film the local souks, museums & heritage sites. We also filmed a local kitesurfing experience, parasailing across the sand dunes, kayaking through the mangroves, extreme off-road dune bashing, visited a 5 star luxury spa resort hidden deep in the desert, as well as several other jaw-dropping tourist experiences. Our two British presenters Sally & Matt were with us the entire time, being filmed by our crew as they sampled the amazing experiences & scenery that Qatar has to offer. For this campaign we filmed with a small, agile crew, giving us the flexibility we needed, often using natural light and choosing only to shoot at the best time of the day. We used the Sony FX6 cine camera, Aquatech underwater housing, and the DJI Mavic drone to get the aerial shots we needed.
Campaign 2023
Once this campaign had been delivered, we were asked back again, this time round tasked with creating a series of short videos to promote Qatar as a tourist destination more generally, highlighting the unique culture, heritage, nature, and amazing hospitality on offer. From actively managed & farmed Oases to idyllic beachside hotels nestled amongst the dunes, as well as high-profile city hotels full of 5 star amenities and Michelin star restaurants, we travelled all around the country to capture stunning visuals, interviewing local business owners & spokespersons for Qatar Tourism, gaining their insights as to what was new & on offer. This two-part campaign was more focused on the local artisans & heritage to be found in Qatar, the art galleries & museums, as well as a luxury spa treatment & some water sports experiences to be found on offer just outside of the city.
Campaign 2024
The 2024 campaign was one of the best trips to date, in which we decided to use models & an personal, self-spoken voice-over to help carry the narrative of each video in this three-part series. This made each video feel like a sort of visual diary whereby our characters invited the viewer to experience Qatar alongside them, giving them a sneak peek of what to expect when they visit the amazing places on offer. From a solo trip with our hero female character exploring the cultural experiences of the city, to a couple’s retreat where we saw two romantics horse riding on the beach, relaxing in a 5 star beach-side resort, dune bashing in the desert, & then enjoying a couple’s spa experience together, we then rounded off this campaign with a solo business trip with our hero male character. Again, the creative direction to this campaign was different. It was designed to feel more authentic, less scripted, and, in general, more dynamic & experiential.
Filming with underwater cameras, as well as drones and various other camera units, over the course of this content series we were able to capture unique perspectives and breathtaking visuals to help showcase the activities, architecture & unique culture of Qatar. These campaigns balanced intimate & elevated luxury experiences with more down to earth tourist & hospitality experiences, offering a compelling narrative of exploration that invites the viewer to experience Qatar as a unique destination, & to go beyond the surface.

Desert Resort Campaign
Set within a mesmerising, idyllic desert landscape, this campaign is a good example of luxury hotel content creation, wherein we had to position Mysk Al Badayer as the quintessential quiet, relaxing retreat guests can go to escape & unwind. This hotel resort is positioned as a refined & elevated, experience-led retreat. The main brief from the hotel, which had only recently opened, was to create a long format video that could be played on a loop in the lobby area where guests are greeted and wait to be taken to their private villas & suites.
he hotel wanted us to create a slow-paced, relaxing video campaign which would give their guests a glimpse into what they can expect over their stay, whilst also showcasing the hotel & it’s amenities from various vantage points. For this campaign we heavily used the drone as it was a fantastic way to showcase the secluded desert setting, as well as the beautifully designed architecture. A luxury, modern twist on a Bedouin tent.
Our team were on set for two days only, but we managed to capture the various accommodations, activities, and atmosphere, paying careful attention to the shadows, light, intimate spaces, and over feeling of what it is like to spend time in this beautiful place. With full pre, production & post-production handled in-house - from planning to execution - the entire campaign was crafted by the team at Resonate Media House.
Tourism & Cultural Storytelling
For Visit Saudi, we delivered a large-scale tourism content campaign designed to reflect the country’s diversity, ambition, and evolving global identity. Working across multiple locations, our team produced a series of short-format cinematic video assets, capturing landscapes, cultural experiences, and everyday moments that invite discovery. Guided by a clearly defined creative framework and detailed pre-production planning, the project was executed efficiently using our in-house production equipment. The final content was developed for international tourism marketing, supporting digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and global audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Luxury Glamping & Wellness Content
For Mysk Moon Retreat, the brief centred on tranquillity, privacy, and an immersion in nature. Through a well-defined creative treatment, we produced a cinematic video and bank of lifestyle photography, highlighting the retreat’s unique accommodation and slow-living philosophy. Shot with a minimal, efficient & experienced crew using the Sony FX3 & FX6 on DZO lenses, this campaign delivered a calm, elevated aesthetic designed to support wellness-focused storytelling across digital platforms.
A local, homegrown Emirati restaurant
For Gerbou, a Dubai-based restaurant rooted in Emirati heritage, as well as a hub promoting local artists, we create monthly photo & video content focused on cultural storytelling, showing their target market the unique atmosphere, design aesthetic, menu offering & overall guest experience. Guided by a clearly defined creative treatment, whenever we are on set with Gerbou we always strive to capture the cleverly designed space, food presentation, and dining rituals that shape this guest experience.
Using all our own in-house equipment, we balance aesthetics of a modern menu with elegant, slow-paced visuals, all of which is aligned with the brand’s identity. A modern, progressive twist on traditional values & visuals. The final assets were designed for restaurant marketing, social media, and brand storytelling across digital platforms.
F&B / PRODUCT
For Bustanica, the world’s largest vertical farm, we produced an educational “How to Make a Fattoush Salad” video using their ready-to-eat lettuce range. The project combined food styling, step-by-step recipe storytelling, and clean visual composition to create content that was both informative and brand-led. Supported by pre-production planning and a clear creative framework, filming was executed using our in-house cinema equipment to maintain quality, consistency & clarity. The final video was developed for digital marketing and social media, helping position Bustanica’s produce as both accessible and premium within the fresh food and wellness space.
